Scopey Onsite is construction field reporting and commercial intelligence software. Site teams send voice notes, messages and photos through WhatsApp, and Scopey turns them into structured project records and site diaries, connected to the project and contract, so teams see risks, obligations and actions earlier.

Project information is scattered across messages, photos and systems. By the time the impact is clear, it can be too late to act.
Scopey connects site activity with the contract, so teams can spot risk early and resolve issues sooner.
WEAK RECORDS
Incomplete site records make it harder to prove what happened, understand the impact and resolve issues quickly.
MISSED CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS
Missed notices can put genuine entitlement at risk. Missed early warnings leave clients with less time to manage cost, delay and programme risk.
ISSUES ESCALATE
When problems are caught late, there is less time to resolve them before they become costly disputes.
Scopey turns site communication into structured project records, understands the commercial and contractual context, and helps teams act before issues escalate.
Teams send messages, voice notes and photos through tools they already use, like WhatsApp. Scopey prompts for missing detail while the information is still fresh.
Explore Capture →
Scopey connects project events to their commercial and contractual context, helping teams understand what happened, what it affects and where risk may be building.
Explore Decide →
Scopey identifies the contractual actions and deadlines triggered by project events, helping teams respond before obligations are missed or issues escalate.
Explore Act →
The result is a clear commercial picture of every project: what changed, what it could cost and what needs to happen next. Project and commercial teams make better calls sooner, and fewer issues end up in dispute.
Scopey gives contractors, clients and project teams a clearer view of what’s happening, what it means and what needs attention.
Records captured as work happens, with obligations and deadlines surfaced before they are missed.
For contractors →Early visibility of change, delay and disruption, and help meeting your own obligations to contractors, such as early warnings.
For clients and PMOs →Clear, structured records built from what teams are already reporting, connected to the contract.
For commercial teams →Send a message, voice note or photo on WhatsApp. No new apps or forms for your onsite teams.
For site teams →Scopey sits underneath the systems you already use and feeds them better information.

"Scopey Onsite is a standout example of how Irish‑based innovators are redefining workflows in complex global industries. By transforming everyday texting habits into structured, ISO‑aligned site evidence, their platform removes friction where commercial risk is highest. As the company accelerates its rollout across Ireland, the UK and Australia, Enterprise Ireland is proud to back a founding team bringing construction‑ready AI to markets that urgently need it."
"So I just leave a voice note and then that's logged with the office, brilliant"
"We lose thousands every month because we can't prove what actually happened on site. Our WhatsApp is full of evidence but it's scattered across 50 different chats. We need a way to capture it all without changing how the lads work."
"My site supervisors won't use another app. They barely have time to fill in timesheets. But they're on WhatsApp all day anyway - if we can turn those messages into proper records, that solves our biggest documentation problem."
With teams operating across Ireland, the UK, and Australia, Scopey Onsite reflects regional contract practices and project realities.
Scopey is configured around your contracts, project structure and reporting requirements, so the intelligence fits how your team actually works.
When questions come up, you speak to the people who know your setup and how Scopey Onsite is configured for your work.
Developed alongside forward-thinking construction teams and project leaders who want to simplify reporting, strengthen compliance, and stay ahead of risk.
