IT Brief Ireland explores how construction claims are shaped long before disputes arise, and how better site data capture is changing the outcome.

Jenna Farrell is the CEO and Co-Founder of Scopey Onsite, a construction-focused software platform designed to capture and structure real-time site information to reduce commercial risk, and missed approvals.
With more than 20 years’ experience designing and delivering complex digital systems, Jenna has worked across regulated and high-risk environments including government, healthcare, and large-scale enterprise technology. Her background in UX and product design informs Scopey Onsite’s field-first approach, with workflows built to reflect how construction teams actually communicate and operate on site.
The idea for Scopey originated from repeated exposure to scope creep and poor change control in professional services, where critical information was often lost in day-to-day communication. That same problem, Jenna recognised, is magnified on construction projects, where incomplete or inconsistent site records can directly impact margins, claims, and contractual outcomes. Scopey Onsite was created to address this gap by turning everyday site conversations into structured, defensible project records.
Today, Jenna leads Scopey Onsite’s product and strategy, focusing on practical adoption, information quality, and the responsible use of AI in construction environments. The platform is used by mid-sized construction and infrastructure teams to improve visibility across projects without adding administrative burden to site staff.
Jenna is based in Ireland and is available for online interviews, as well as in-person speaking engagements across Ireland and Europe.
