Transcript

It varies depending on the industry to be honest and it starts off let's start with the public sector it's public works contract and G triple C to refer to as predominantly schools of that nature and and  naturally public works deemed contracts.

Then we've Engineers Ireland and we also have the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) uh both administered by engineers and architects respectively and on those forms of contract all of those three contracts mentioned are usually heavily amended.

Then we've a personal favourite mine which is the NEC 3 and 4 which is predominantly more heavy infrastructure project more collaborative very much process driven contracts for the employer and the contractor.

We've the FIDIC which is in more internationally recognised and more private equity driven projects industrial data centres and a lot of design related contracts.

And bespoke contracts so generally bespoke contracts is where the client knows exactly what they want in terms of employers requirements very detailed requirements and can work well too.
